The following Terms and Conditions applies to www.ratemybling.com.  By accessing materials found on this site, user agrees to the following, which is considered a contract.  If you do not agree, you may not join or access this website. By accepting this agreement, you also agree to familiarize yourself with and accept any changes made to it at Rate My Bling, Llc's discretion. Please note that this contract is month to month and is automatically renewed during user's use of Rate My Bling's site.

All information submitted to Rate My Bling must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, including but not limited to contact information, text and pictures.  By submitting photos and other content to Rate My Bling, user is claiming all responsibility and rights to usage of said content.   User is responsible for any and all legal repercussions that occur from breach of copyright laws. By posting any photos or information on www.ratemybling.com you are assigning a perpetual, international, paid in full and non-exclusive license to Rate My Bling to copy, publish, modify and display said content.  Once posted, this content can be modified or deleted at any time at the discretion of Rate My Bling.  Rate My Bling is not responsible for any infringement on copyrights of the content provided by users.  Please note that users may not depict, impersonate or falsely claim of another person's identity. Also note that a user may under no circumstances, post comments, photos or other information on this site that is offensive, illegal, indecent, vulgar or obscene.

3. WARRANTIES. By using Rate My Bling, you are accessing this site and all of its content and services at your own risk. Rate My Bling is not offering any kind of warranty on this site and is also disclaiming any computer viruses or other malfunctions asserted to be in connection with use of this site.

4. PERSONAL INFORMATION. Rate My Bling does not publicly share any personal contact information about users. Please see our PRIVACY POLICY for more information. Rate My Bling is not responsible for the consequences of all communications, engagements and interactions that stem from a user posting any personal contact information on our website.

5. ACCURACY. www.ratemybling.com is a community based website. Although we work hard to insure that all information posted on the site is as accurate, current and appropriate as possible, Rate My Bling cannot guarantee or promise the accuracy of information that is submitted by users, nor can Rate My Bling guarantee non-exposure to objectionable content. Please note that Rate My Bling is also not responsible for errors, server interruptions, delayed operation, communication failure, or any other technical and programming issues on or related to access of the site. 

6. LIMITED LIABILITY. Rate My Bling is a directory site that provides information and links to jewelry and other consumer product merchants. Prices and inventory change daily and information on our website may or may not match the current information provided on affiliate company sites. Your interactions with these sites subsequent to being directed to them from Rate My Bling, including but not limited to information, purchase and delivery are between you and the respective website. Rate My Bling is not responsible for any loss or damages regarding these interactions.

Rate My Bling owns and retains proprietary rights of this site.  Except for information which is in the public domain or for which you have been granted explicit permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Rate My Bling and Ring Registry are trademarks registered in the US patent and trademark office. 

8. TERMINATION OF USE. At anytime, Rate My Bling can permanently terminate a user's membership and subsequently block future requests to join the site for reasons, not limited to the following: using vulgar and or obscene language in public forums, posting inappropriate and or illegal/adult content, verbally harassing other members, spam in the forms of but not limited to; multiple identical ring submissions, 3rd party link publishing, spam advertising for 3rd parties, frequent and/or irrelevant comments or ring submissions containing multiple inaccuracies.

9. COMPUTER ATTACKS. You may not attempt to gain access to administration, engage in illegal or other disruptive activities that effect the functions of Rate My Bling. You may not used automated software of any kind for automated posting or data-mining on Rate My Bling.

10. ADVERTISERS. Rate My Bling is a free website for individual users. Companies wishing to have prime advertising on Rate My Bling are subject to fees that are non-refundable in the event that the company violates the Terms and Conditions agreement.

11. INDEMNITY. Rate My Bling is not liable to users or any third party for any kind of damages that are claimed.  By agreeing to contract, the user waives the right to litigate or press any kind of charges against Rate My Bling for perceived damages. User agrees to indemnify and hold Rate My Bling and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim set forth.
